Coaching is a great option to bridge the gap between where you are now and where you want to be. Do you want to eat more veggies or feel more confident speaking in front of others? We start with the vision and create greater clarity to move you into purposeful action and accelerate progress towards your goals.  

You will be asked powerful questions so that you can connect the dots in new ways, make aligned choices, and troubleshoot the challenges that divert you from keeping full integrity with yourself. We partner together to develop mental and behavioral strategies that support your personal mission, maintain compassionate accountability, and celebrate both big and small wins.

Much of my personal and professional journey has led me to study the subconscious mind, energy, and spirituality.
There have been many times where I’ve witnessed and experienced profound life changes born out of these shifts in the subconscious,
and long periods where I’ve felt defeated and frozen despite my best efforts.

Perhaps it’s relatable - You’ve read all the self-help books, drank the smoothies, and talked it out numerous times.

Important Note: Although many similarities and crossovers exist between coaching and therapy, therapy is more appropriate if you need ongoing relief from mental pain, disruptive symptoms, or your ability to feel and behave at an adequate baseline level is compromised. Therapy addresses the symptoms, mental health, and level of functioning in an individual. Coaching is not a replacement for mental health care, but can be used as a supplement to your overall expansion as an individual.
